We are so excited to announce a NEW & EXCITING tool available to ALL Agents! This week we will officially begin the roll out of our new CRM or Customer Relationship Management tool. If you haven’t had the privilege of using a tool like this before well you are in for a treat.

To be successful in running a business you must have an ability to organize and manage your books of business. This tool, when used as it is intended, will help you do just that. It keeps your clients organized, allows you to set task and follow ups in regards to phone calls and emails so no one slips through the cracks, and you close that deal! Compass Health is providing this amazing resource to you at ZERO cost because we want YOU to succeed!
 
Let me explain a bit further.
We all have clients’ names and information scattered between the carriers we write business for.  Using Hubspot will allow us to centralize that data so you can use one point of contact for your customer service & sales services.

You should have already received an email from Hubspot to get your account started. Once you have signed up and have your clients uploaded, you will be able to keep track everyone with Compass Health. You will have the ability to filter specific information for clients, including products your clients have, and more importantly the products they do not have, which will allow you to quickly see what you should be focusing on cross selling!
 
In addition, Hubspot tracks all the analytics from our CompassHealthInsurance.com website. That means we know when your client looks at a product on the website, how long they
were there and if there was an inquiry requested. If a client fills out a form indicating they want more information about Neptune, lets say, and we see it is your client, that ‘lead’ will be referred back to you and you will be notified to follow up with the client regarding the product they requested information on.
 
The most important aspect of this, and it can’t be stressed enough, is that we all need to utilize the platform for it to fully work. This means ALL new and potential leads/clients need to be entered into the software with emails, if possible. Any inquiries will turn into your leads if you are the Agent of Record, as well as inquiries made in your geographical area where there is no Agent of record. In addition, all Compass Health lead programs will be entered and
delivered through HubSpot.
 
Lastly, I want to talk about how easy this platform is. It may sound complicated or a bit intimidating, but it is not! All of your current data is already in Hubspot, waiting for you to create your account. Our home office staff will be transferring your data to you after your
account is set up. We expect 100% agency participation and support from all of you and are excited to finally be rolling out this amazing tool to all of you, our valued agents.
